We had a wonderful experience with TenderCare Escondido. Our little girl attended from 9 months until 2 years old, and during that time she was truly cared for with so much love and attention. One thing we really appreciated is how much they prioritize outdoor play and sensory activities. Our daughter spent time exploring, moving, and engaging in hands-on activities every day, which we truly believe made a big difference in her confidence and development. The caregivers were patient, kind, and nurturing, and they always made us feel confident that she was safe and happy. Thanks to their support and engagement, our daughter is very advanced in her speech for her age and knows so many words, which we are incredibly proud of. TenderCare provided a warm, home-like environment where our child could grow, learn, and feel secure. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Tender Care. From the very beginning, the team has shown such a warm, personal approach with our son. Ma took the time to really get to know him—not just his name, but his personality, his interests, and even the little things that make him feel comfortable. I put my son into daycare here when he was 1.5 years old, and as a first time mom I was nervous. Mahsan and the other teachers were so welcoming and great at guiding me. True professionals that care for kids. I love how they prioritize outdoor and sensory play for kids to understand the world around them. Music is often on in the background and I love that they gave healthy meals for lunch. The only reason we are no longer there is because we moved and my son’s new daycare raved about what a great kid he is and I owe a great deal of that to the help of Escondido Tender Care. Mah and her assistants are so great with my 1 year old. My son started here when he was 7 months old and they have always taken great care of him. They keep him clean, with frequent diaper changes and I know that he eats well, takes his naps and has developmentally appropriate activities. Mah is very attentive and communicative. She lets us know if my son has any issues at all while in her care. She has taken precautions regarding covid to ensure the kids remain healthy. She updates me through out the day when time allows, with cute pictures and that brings me so much comfort. In the almost year we have been there, there has been a bit of turn around with the staff, and this always makes me nervous having someone new care for my son. But we trust Mah and her judgment with hiring assistants. Just something to keep in mind. I would recommend Escondido Tender Care for your baby or toddler. Very happy with Mah and her staff.  We felt comfortable with them caring for our 2-year-old daughter, and she often came home demonstrating newly learned skills and vocabulary. Mah & her staff are wonderful. Our daughter has been loving her days at Escondido Tender Care since she was 5 months old and it's apparent how much support, care & attention she receives. They've helped her achieve milestones as well as give us (new parents) tips & advice. I can't recommend Escondido Tender Care enough.
